GE TIP Trailer services, part of GE Equipment services, recently re branded it’s European organisation of brands by implementing a system of four vertical parts, which incorporate all different products and services GE offers to the European market. |
The re branding appeared to work so good that the system was used as a structure for the whole organisation. Also, GE Corporate head offices in the US decided to adopt the branding globally for their trailer services.
But did GE need a rebranding? The branch has been doing very good in past years and realises growth up to 10% yearly. The answer: for a company like GE it is all about staying on top. That is exactly why the company incorporated the slogan ‘Imagination at work’ into its brand: innovation comes upfront. Doing that it proves it’s own heritage, starting with the invention of the light bulb by Thomas Edison.
