The worlds largest film studio, MGM, has settled in the Netherlands and of course we had to tell everybody. JuniorSenior is the full-service agency for this well known and famous brand. |
The introduction of MGM was called ‘De leeuw is los’ (‘the Lion is set free!’) Retailer, consumer – no one could miss it. Using this theme we developed a brochure, ads, DVD-stickers, T-shirts and a website. We also got all the other lions in the Netherlands to join the hunt for the consumer because Lion and Postbank were part of the action. JuniorSenior showed MGM their best quality; being a creative one-stop-shop. Within 2 months we had all the sales material ready, two websites, joint promotions and lots of attention in the media with our pr activities. PR-stunts around new DVD releases from MGM like ‘Be a Rain Man for a day’ or ‘No husband, no bride but you do get a make-over with 'Four Weddings and a Funeral’. ‘Win your own star with 'Stargate’ and a super exciting 'Specie's promotion. After one year MGM was bought by Sony and is now a catalogue brand without the same marketing support. But we had a lot of fun together.
