Junior Senior was asked to communicate this message to the cultural institutions with the innovative new DM system. With a Purl it was immediately clear what the promise was: Theaterdeklapstoel.wilwelnieuwebezoekers.nl. And with this we generated a response rate of 45%. And e-mail reminder raised this to 55%.
